We're in person with a zoom option.

Our main meditation night, meeting every Monday. The meeting includes sitting meditation, dharma talk and discussion. This is an opportunity to connect and share the practice. We often close the session with a guided lovingkindness practice. All levels welcome from beginners to experienced meditators. (Please note that more people participate than you see here.)
