OneDropZen Dublin is a group set up to support people who are interested in practicing Zazen( Seated Meditation) together.
OneDropZenDublin meets every Thursday Evening at 15 Heytesbury Street Dublin 8.
All who are drawn to the practice of Zazen including beginners are welcome.
Doors open at 7:50pm and we start Meditating at 8:00pm sharp. Please arrive on time.
We sit together and support each other in our efforts.

Hokuozan Sogenji Monastery, Germany is the central Monastery for the European OneDropZen communities. Sesshins (Meditation Retreats) are held there throughout the year and lead by Shodo Harada Roshi, Abbot of Sogenji Monastery , Japan. To find out more please check the following link.

Dharma Talk with Shodo Harada Roshi . Zen Master and Abbot of Sogenji, Japan.
Dublin Unitarian Church, 112 St Stephens Green West Dublin, Dublin2, IEShodo Harada Roshi is a Rinzai Priest, Author, Calligrapher and Abbot of Sogenji Monastery Okayama, Japan.
He has become known as "Teacher of Teachers" with Masters of various lineages coming to sit Zazen with him in Japan and during his trips to Europe and The United States.
This will be Harada Roshi's first visit to Ireland and we are blessed that he will lead a three day Sesshin with our OneDropZenDublin group at Mucklagh Lodge, Co. Wicklow, 15th-18th July 2026. A precious and valuable time for our local Sangha.
As part of his visit to Ireland, Roshi will give a Public Dharma Talk on Saturday afternoon at 4pm. in The Unitarian Church , Stephen's Green Dublin 2, D02 YP23.
The title of the Talk is ' Zen Practice in the Modern World', all with an interest in Spiritual Practice and Meditation are welcome to attend.Event Link Below:
