This is an online event where we sit silently and practice Zazen (Seated Meditation) for 25minutes.

If you are interested in joining our evening, please email : rinzaizendublin@gmail.com beforehand, to let us know you intent to join.
If you have any queries or questions before joining, please let us know.

Zoom room will open at 8:55pm.

Practice will start at 9 p.m. sharp and we will finish the session by chanting the Four Bodhisattva Vows.

Sentient beings are numberless
I vow to liberate them.
Desires are inexhaustable
I vow to put an end to them.
The Dharmas are boundless
I vow to master them.
The Buddha's way is unsurpassable
I vow to become it.

This is a chance to strengthen connection with Sangha and to sharpen the blade of practice in a supportive setting.
