We will laugh, talk and play a few games as well as learn the basics of Orgasmic Meditation. Orgasmic Meditation (OM) is a consciousness practice (with aspects like yoga or meditation) that is designed for singles and couples to experience more vitality, pleasure, passion and connection in their life. This is a special course that will also enhance relationships and sexual pleasure. People OM because they want more of all of these things in their life.

The practice is simple, focusing on the clit, the female center of energy and pleasure. Every OM is set up the same way so the partners can learn to listen to their bodies and focus on how their bodies feel. This two evening course includes a private training session with a Certified OM Trainer. It is the perfect way to learn the basics of the OM practice.

You will spend the course with a Certified OneTaste instructor and experience:

● The excitement of learning new aspects of relationships, sexuality and connection

● A new definition of Orgasm — and how it’s so very different from climax

● The 5 Laws of Orgasm and 5 Triggers of Turn On and how they relate to OM and life

● Live demonstration of OM by senior practitioners

● Step-by step instruction in the practice for both men and women

● Connection with a growing community of OM practitioners

The private OM Training Session will be set up with a call from the instructor.

After completing this course participants become eligible to enroll in the OM Practice Club, take more advanced courses, join OM circles in communities around the world, are invited to OM parties, social events, and our other OM Community activities.

Tuition: $45 for singles, $70 for couples and $35 for OMers who want to refresh their practice.
