About us
This group is for anyone curious about experiencing Family & Systemic Constellations online.
Family Constellations can help make hidden patterns and dynamics visible — within families, relationships, work, and within ourselves.
During the online group sessions, we work live with real people as representatives. Even though we are not physically in the same room, the process can still be powerful and deeply felt.
I work with small groups, with a maximum of 9 participants, 1 question holder, and me as the facilitator. This helps keep the space personal, focused, and connected.
Only the question holder pays for the constellation. Participants join for free and can take part as representatives or simply observe. No previous experience is needed.
My intention is to create a safe, respectful, and grounded space where we can explore what may be keeping us stuck and allow space for something new to emerge.
The sessions are held live online in English and are open to people from anywhere in the world.
