Small talk, repeating same things over and over again, overly emotional people, intense emotions, working without a clear goal, incompetent authority, illogical presumptions, unnecessary rules, offense when asked for their opinion, inconsistency, irrationality, disturbing their alone time, when people lie (they can smell it from kilometres)
