This group brings people together across Ontario to talk about mental wellbeing, everyday balance, and personal growth in a friendly, supportive setting.
We host short, guided focus-group sessions (30–40 minutes) that are moderated and confidential — designed for genuine sharing, not therapy.
Sessions may be online (Zoom) or in person in Toronto, and participants who complete a session receive a thank-you gift card as appreciation.
