We’re running an independent community discussion project on mental wellbeing and everyday balance in Ontario.

This is a guided 30–40 minute session where participants share experiences around stress, balance, and emotional wellbeing in daily life.
It’s not therapy or treatment β€” just a relaxed, moderated conversation to learn from real stories and perspectives.

🧭 What to Expect

  • Small-group, friendly atmosphere (online via Zoom or in person in Toronto)
  • Guided by a neutral moderator – no preparation needed
  • Completely confidential – your name and comments stay private
  • A chance to reflect, learn, and contribute to a meaningful community project

Sessions are planned for late October – early November.
Final date, time, and location will be confirmed with selected participants based on your availability.
