A guided meditation to help you find more clarity, calm, and inner freedom.
Open Heart Satsang — "Satsang" means to gather in truth through meditation. According to the yogic view, beneath the layers of tension and confusion we all have perfectly enlightened nature: a pure heart radiant with love and kindness, clarity and joyful ease.
These sessions work with awareness, mantra, breath, and subtle energy in a practical way — to help work through these layers to reveal this natural clarity, ease, and openness in your own experience.
Everyone is welcome, whatever your experience. These are regular sessions, held on Sundays and Wednesdays.
When: Sunday 19th April, 10:30am – 12:00pm

Led by Nataraja Yogi — an Acharya (instructor) for Amrita Mandala, a modern pragmatic path of non-dual awakening and emotional freedom.
What is this session?
A 50-60 minute guided meditation, beginning with a short introduction, and time for discussion and questions afterwards.
We work with simple but effective techniques of mantra, breath, and subtle energy that help reveal our pure loving wakeful nature — releasing inner tension and reconnecting us with a more natural sense of clarity, openness, and joyful ease — qualities already present within us.
These practices come from the Amrita Mandala tradition — a pragmatic path of non-dual Tantric Yoga designed for modern people living busy lives. The approach is practical and experiential rather than belief-based, and can be explored in a simple, grounded way.
No previous experience is needed. You’re welcome to simply come along and see if it resonates.
Alongside these Satsangs we also offer workshops for exploring the methods more deeply and learning specific practices to take home.
We have chairs and blankets. Wear clothing comfortable enough to meditate in & bring an open mind.
