Open Heart Meditation at the Lotus Centre

A wonderful opportunity to feel the peace, beauty and calmness that is within your Spiritual Heart during this beautiful one hour guided meditation. These sessions are sure to become a fixture in your week as the opening of your spiritual heart starts to bring positive changes to your daily life.
Sessions at the Lotus Centre are offered: Monday & Wed lunchtime at 1-2pm, Monday & Wed evening 7-8pm and also on Saturday 9:30-11:00am. After the Saturday OH Meditation we usually offer Reiki Tummo channelling for health, reguvenation and healing.
