Open Pace Walk is built on a simple belief:
real fitness starts smaller than people think.

For many of us, gyms feel intimidating and fitness feels like something you have to “go hard” at immediately. This group exists to do the opposite.

We start with consistent walking and light stretching — the most natural foundation for a sustainable fitness journey. No pressure, no intensity, and no expectations to be “in shape” already.

Walking regularly builds:

  • confidence
  • routine
  • basic conditioning
  • trust in your own body

From there, everything else becomes possible — whether that means faster walking, light running, or eventually stepping into a gym when you’re ready.

What these walks are like:

  • Relaxed, guided outdoor walks (30-60 minutes).
  • Optional light stretching before or after.
  • A supportive, non-judgmental environment.
  • All ages and fitness levels are welcome
