ABSTRACT=============================================
TOTO - A New Window On The Universe
The Next Generation of Astronomical Instrument.
(*TOTO - Tetrahedral Omnidirectional Tidal Observatory)

As 21st century technology pushes the boundaries of high precision
[atomic, quantum and optical] sensors to the femto, atto and zepto scales, we find ourselves in a technological environment that allows us to explore the physical shape of spacetime in heretofore unimaginable precision.

This precise technology lends itself to increased sensitivity to gravitational fields, allowing us to measure the size of, and distance to, previously invisible massive celestial objects by their affect on the shape of spacetime.

Our calculations suggest that a suitable instrument, using this advanced technology will allow us to detect and 'see' these hidden masses, from Interplanetary Asteroids to Interstellar Black Holes.

I will describe to you this new astronomical instrument (TOTO), a unique gravitational observatory.

MY BIO=============================================
Dr Don V Black has spent the 21st century researching Theoretical Physics and its application to disruptive technologies. His papers and presentations appear in IEEE, AIAA and Physics journals. Dr Black has his Masters in Visual Analytics from the UCI School of The Information and Computer Sciences for his work in Special Relativity, and was awarded a PhD in Computer Graphics and Scientific Visualization by the UCI School of Engineering for his work in Extra Dimensions.

For the quarter century prior to his pursuit of Theoretical Physics, Dr Black consulted to Fortune 500 Aerospace companies providing novel software solutions and developing new products.
