A Two-Hour Workshop for Students of all Levels and Styles of T’ai-Chi and Ch'i-Kung, Led by Robert Chuckrow, Ph.D.
Learn how to progress beyond sung (relax) and attain sung kai, the correct relaxed/expanded/unified internal state when doing T'ai-Chi and Ch'i-Kung movement. The "Preparation" movement and others will be used as training models. Recommended for all those interested in internal arts regardless of level.

4th Floor Footwear policy: Please make sure bring a pair of cotton or leather soled shoes (Tai Chi slippers fine). Socks or bare feet fine too. No rubber soled shoes of any kind allowed (even kung fu shoes, etc.).
