Join us for a community morning at Reem Island Central Park, Abu Dhabi, where we’ll kayak across serene waters, flow through gentle yoga-inspired stretches on the beach, and settle into a guided meditation by the shore.

After our morning practice, you’re welcome to join us for an optional community breakfast nearby (not included in the session price). ☀️

This gathering is an invitation to slow down, to be present with nature’s rhythm, and to share space with like-hearted souls.
