Join us for an evening of community at Reem Island Central Park, where we’ll kayak across tranquil waters, flow through gentle yoga-inspired stretches on the beach, and settle into a guided meditation by the shore.

After our session, you’re welcome to join us for an optional community meal at a nearby café — the perfect way to unwind, share stories, and enjoy good company. 🌿
