This is a demo-only builder group.
To attend, you must ship something functional that week and demonstrate it live.
No demos = no attendance. There are no spectators.
What qualifies as a demo
• Working code, tool, system, or artifact
• Runs live (local, remote, hardware, simulation)
• Shows a clear change from last week
What does not qualify
• Slides
• Concepts, roadmaps, or “ideas”
• Talking about work without showing it
Format
• 5 minutes per person
• 3 minutes: live demo
• 2 minutes: technical questions
• Short closing round: what you will ship next week
Culture
• Work speaks louder than confidence
• Concise, respectful questioning
• Failed demos are still demos
• No recruiting, pitching, or sales
