[Date change] Serve lunch at the Compassion Center homeless shelter

This monthly ODO activity is usually on 1st Saturdays, but for April we're covering Easter Sunday lunch instead per the Compassion Center's request. To sign up, text Dee Dee at 501-256-2233 with your full name and email address. At noon on the Friday before we serve lunch, Dee Dee must email info on volunteers to Michelle at the Compassion Center. Therefore, please text Dee by 11:30 on the Friday before we serve lunch so that you'll be on the volunteer roster which Michelle provides to the front desk for check-in. We need between 7 and 12 volunteers (less than 7 isn't enough, and more than 12 is toooo crowded in the kitchen). We help the kitchen staff with a little food prep before lunch is served, then we serve lunch in a cafeteria line from noon-12:30, and then we help a bit with cleanup. Serving lunch to the homeless is truly a wonderful, fulfilling activity --and many could find it to be one of the special ways to celebrate Easter. :)
