Become immersed in the healing sounds of the crystal bowls amplified within a crystal grid. As we become enveloped, the healing sounds will facilitate a deep state of peace that will allow our chakras to innately become clear, balanced, centered and aligned.
Chakras are energy centers within the body that play a crucial role in maintaining our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Each chakra rules different parts of our bodies and aspects of our lives. When our chakras are clear and balanced we experience improvement in every aspect of our lives. Some benefits include pain relief, increased energy flow, emotional stability, mental clarity, stress reduction, heightened intuition and a greater connection
