Deep dive into opening your internal flow of self love using your breath to guide you.
Breathwork is an active mediation which is intended to wake and shake up your nervous system, allowing you tap into your greater consciousness and release energy from your body & mind before returning to homeostasis. This conscious connected breathing technique is done lying down, in a continuous 3-part breath for about 30 minutes, with a 15 minute integration & sound healing at the end. During her sessions Ashlyn uses reiki, sound, and oils, to aid in opening the heart, and clearing & grounding your energy. This is an intense and active mediation, which vivaciously & energetically charges the body and opens the mind to journey in a self-induced mind-altering voyage, offering the space for you to explore your conscious and subconscious while remaining in the safety of your body and breath.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring water, yoga mat, blanket, optional to have lip balm, a journal, and eye pillow if it calls to you.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in and we can start in a timely manner.
