Become immersed in the healing sounds of the crystal bowls amplified within a crystal grid. Participants enter a serene space with crystals meticulously arranged in a grid. The experience begins with a brief introduction to crystal and sound therapy, setting the stage for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Participants find a comfortable position within the grid as AJ guides the group through a meditation connecting us to the earth and the universe. They then play the crystal singing bowls which create harmonious sounds that encourage deep relaxation and a meditative state, fostering balance and inner peace.

The workshop concludes with a gentle grounding process, helping participants integrate their experiences. Attendees are encouraged to share insights, fostering community and connection. Whether new or seasoned, participants leave with renewed calm and a deeper understanding of sound and healing.
