Excellent event. Not only we see the real case of OpenStack deployment, we also learn a lot from what's in the new release, Kilo.

My thanks to the organizers and to the Walmart folks to host and feed us. Great agenda and format! I enjoyed the panel discussion; I know those can take a lot of effort to put together - and it can be tough to schedule a roster of leading experts such as we were fortunate to have.

Tim - Great to meet you in person finally. Thanks for all your help getting this off the ground! Great meeting! :) (p.s. what happened to this guy in the pic with the long hair and mustache?) ;)

Great talk on cloud native app design from HP. A lot of work to be done (one app at a time) in order for many traditional apps to convert and be able to fully realize the benefits of cloud technology. The 'great application rewrite' has begun.

I just want to say thank you to all of our guests and business partners who came to Walmart for the OpenStack Meetup today. It was a ton of fun for us to have you on campus today, and I hope that you found it to be time well spent. Again, thank you!

My company has about 1000 bare metal servers(centOs) in the VOIP area. We are trying to move 90% of our instances to VM and OpenStack. Looking for OpenStack expert contractor to help us with an aggressive schedule. If interested please send email to [masked]

Note: Due to very specific Walmart on site regulations, tonight's meeting will NOT be recorded or live streamed, and there will be no Google Hangout. Sincere apologies to our global community, and especially to those who wrote me directly. We will resume our Google hangouts and live broadcasts next meetup when we move back to HP. See you (virtually) in a couple of weeks!

The previously announced Vagrant technology presentation has been deferred to our 04June15 meeting. The 04June15 meeting will be back in the regular place, i.e., the HP cafeteria at 1140 Enterprise Way, Sunnyvale, CA

In the meantime, if you'd like more information on Vagrant technology, google "vagrantup"
