What we’re about
The Optimum Life Educational Foundation (OLEF) is a non-profit foundation dedicated to providing affordable, high quality educational opportunities that contribute the physical, social, mental, emotional and spiritual needs of our older community members.
We aim to raise funds from the general public so that all our classes will be subsidized and donation based to ensure that no one interested will be turned away due to lack of funds.
Since conception our activities included a tea party, a BBQ, and a lecture series on memory, meditation and Insects in Palos Verdes. All were well attended and greatly enjoyed by all. We believe that such activities will contribute to the social and mental well being of those whom we seek to serve.
We are in the process of planning to provide exercise classes such as Tai Chi, yoga, aerobics and muscle strengthening, as well as mental stimulating classes such as mahjong within the next months.

Instructor: Bonnie Wulff
This class is for students who have had previous training in yoga. It includes a progression of classic positions that may increase in difficulty to develop strength, stamina, and flexibility. Relaxation and breathing techniques are included. Students must bring their own yoga mat to class.
Meet at the El Retiro Park Meeting room.If the room is occupied for some reason, we will do class outside in the park.
