What we’re about
Welcome to the Orange County Men's Embodiment Meetup.
This men’s group is a supportive space for men to explore mindfulness, movement, breathwork, and open sharing. Our goal is to help men feel more connected, grounded, and emotionally resilient in their daily lives.
Men’s Embodiment involves connecting to your body, emotions, and inner wisdom through practices like:• Breathwork
• Movement (i.e. Qi Gong)
• Mindfulness and meditation
• Open sharing in a supportive group
Our weekly men’s group in Corona Del Mar focuses on helping men:
• Feel more grounded and present
• Process emotions in a healthy way
• Strengthen their connection to self and others
