Mission Statement: To create wealth in commercial real estate based upon group collaboration and the exchange of ideas and opportunities. We strive to assist each other in providing a road map to determine investment strategies and identify potential future risks.
Guest speakers include economists, politicians, attorneys, CPA's, city officials and planners among others.
We provide a quarterly report and discuss the market fundamentals in various commercial segments and sub-markets. We also provide hands on education from seasoned professionals in the industry to assist with financial and market analysis.
The last portion of the program typically consists of an open forum allowing investors to discuss hurdles and challenges along with opportunities to invest. Other investors can share strategies they've used and offer real-life experiences.
