Are you a beginning farmer looking for land or a landowner interested in transitioning to the next generation? FYI!!!
Join the Farmland Access Hub members, Land Stewardship Project, Renewing the Countryside, Marbleseed (formerly MOSES), and others for an educational and networking event.
WHEN: Saturday, April 8, 2023 from 1:30 p.m.- 4:30 p.m.

WHAT:
• Talk with experienced Farmland Access Navigators about the various kinds of support the Hub can provide.
• Learn about financing options and alternative methods of accessing land.
• Learn more about agricultural conservation easements for protecting farmland into the future.
• Network with farmers/aspiring farmers and landowners in the western Wisconsin/eastern Minnesota area.
• Tour a local farm that may be interested in transitioning to an emerging farmer.
Light refreshments will be provided by Memonomie Market Food Co-op.
Following the meet ‘n greet, interested participants can take a short drive to the farm for a tour (weather permitting) or head to downtown Spring Valley, Wis., for food and drinks and continued networking.
