Dome Homes fall self-guided tour | Natural Spaces Domes (pre-reg required; free)

A self-service, free, in-person tour of so-called "geodesic" homes, some of which are available as kits for self-building. Self-service means that you drive yourself to the various dome-home locations that you have selected to visit.

Smaller domes can make very energy-efficient residential houses. Larger ones could serve as a common house central meeting hall for a cohousing community or eco-village. And there's nothing like standing inside of one to appreciate the benefits as well as the limitations--very kinesthetically informative!

Note that although participating in the tour is free, you must pre-register online.
