Organisational design is at the heart of how organisations thrive in an ever-changing world. By rethinking how we change behaviour, structure teams, make decisions, and align people and processes, we unlock new levels of collaboration, innovation, and effectiveness.

Our meetup group is dedicated to exploring organisational design.

  • What is organisational design, and why does it matter for organisations?
  • How can organisations adapt to meet changing goals and environments and the uncertainty and complexity that surrounds us?
  • How can we structure teams and roles to improve collaboration, effectiveness and quality?
  • What decision-making processes lead to better outcomes?
  • How can we improve practices for aligning people, processes, and resources?
  • How can we design organisations that foster innovation and employee engagement?

We do this by sharing our practices and experience, successes and failures, problems and needs. We engage in open conversations about real issues related to organisational design.

We interact in conversations and learn from each other and bring in experts for inspiration on topics related to working with organisational design.

The format of our events is flexible, ranging from open space workshops to webinars with Q & A.
