Dealing with Painful Emotions

Details
How do we deal with life when we're experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, anger, resentment, or flat-out fear?
We can learn to gradually move beyond such states in several ways:
---Visualize things going well -- or at least better
---Appreciate what's going well already, be it ever so meager
---Spend time in silence, letting thoughts subside and feeling open to the immense well-being of our Source.
Negative emotions are important messages to us, alerting us that we've been thinking in counter-productive ways. (No judgment though!) We don't want to numb those emotions any more than we would want to numb our fingertips so that we could touch a hot stove.
Join us in exploring some specifics from Abraham-Hicks about moving beyond painful emotions to live more of the joy we anticipated when we came forth into physical expression.
