No dance experience needed. No choreography. No performance. Just your body, the music, and permission to feel.
We gather under the New Moon in Taurus — the most grounded and sensory moon of the year — making this the perfect moment to reconnect with your physical wisdom and plant seeds of deep self-nourishment.
The container is simple and intentional: Barefoot. Phone-free. Sober. Inward-focused. Once the music begins, we move in silence — minimal talking, minimal eye contact — so every woman can drop fully into her own rhythm.
