(In-Person) June Session Zero: Creating a Character

Welcome adventurers-to-be!

There are many things which unite a game of dungeons and dragons. Worldbuilding and story, role playing, combat, socializing, and exploration... just to name a few. But none is more important for the player than having a character, a character which they will inhabit for the course of the adventure, growing and learning as they do.

But making a character can be tough, and that's no secret. Whether it's your very first time with Adventurer's League, 5th edition, dungeons and dragons in general, or whether you're a more experienced player looking for guidance with a new type of character, this event is for you!

This event is designed to be a chill hang-out where experienced DMs and players will be on stand-by to help with any and all things character building: races, classes, stats, abilities, and so on. Pre-generated characters will be available if you simply want to spend some time learning from something already mostly put together, but blank character sheets will also be available for those wishing to start from the ground up.

Note: there will not be a game played, this is just a character building tutorial.
