The Japan Association for Language Teaching (JALT) is a nonprofit organisation dedicated to the improvement of language teaching and learning both within Japan and internationally with over 2,000 members in chapters and affiliates across Japan as well as members abroad.

Osaka JALT Back to School 2026
Osaka, 3Chome-4-8, Minamihonmachi, Chuo-ku, JPAt Back to School 2026, Osaka JALT’s 16th annual conference, participants share ideas on a wide range of topics related to language teaching and learning in a low-key environment.
Teachers, researchers, and students of all backgrounds are welcome! We'll accommodate everyone.
This year’s conference will be held at Osaka Jogakuin University, near Tamatsukuri station on the JR Loop Line and near Nagahori Tsurumi-Ryokuchi Metro line. The address to Osaka Jogakuin University is

The participation fee is ￥1,000 for members and ￥2,000 for non-members.
