◯ Event Details
This is a joint event combining "English Small Talk" and an "Informal IT Meetup."
We will simultaneously host two separate discussion groups in one shared space: one for casual English conversation and another focused on IT-related topics.
After initial entry, participants may freely come and go until the event concludes.
Once inside, feel free to join either discussion and move between groups at any time.
◯ Payment Information
If you have not paid in advance via PayPal, you can pay in cash to the organizer on the day of the event.
Walk-ins are also very welcome. In such cases, please pay the participation fee directly to the organizer upon arrival.
◯ Conditions for Event Cancellation
The event may be canceled in cases of natural disasters, venue issues, or organizer illness.
◯ About the Event
This event is not a seminar or lecture.
Our goal is to provide a casual environment where participants can study individually while occasionally engaging in conversation.
You are welcome to seek advice or feedback from others about what you are currently studying, but please ensure conversations remain constructive rather than purely critical.
◯ About the Organizer I work as a freelance professional in the IT industry and am involved in IT education as well. I regularly interact with international students studying IT in Japan. Feel free to approach me with any questions or concerns related to IT studies or schooling. I am currently improving my English skills! My recent IT interests include Next.js, Scrum methodologies, and local LLMs!
Important Notices
Once again, please clearly understand that this event is not primarily a seminar or lecture.
The Informal IT Meetup will primarily be conducted in Japanese.
The IT side organizer is still learning English and is not fully fluent but will do their best to communicate in English.
In addition to myself, at least one person fluent in English will join the "English Small Talk" side. Feel free to participate!
Due to venue restrictions, please avoid bringing or using any items or equipment that may produce loud noises, vibrations, strong lights, or cause damage to the facility.
◯ Facility Information
Please note that you will be responsible for repair costs in the event of any damage to the facilities.
Wi-Fi is not available at this time. Please bring your own mobile router or other internet connection if needed.
Power outlets are available, but please use them only for standard devices such as laptops.
◯ Other Important Notices
The venue provides only space; food and beverages are not available. You may bring your own refreshments.
Organizers are not responsible for any interpersonal issues between participants. Please resolve any issues directly among yourselves.
Participants whose behavior significantly disturbs others may be asked to leave.
◯ Invitations to Other Events
Solicitation or invitations to other events are generally prohibited.
Exceptions may be allowed only with prior consultation and approval by the organizer.
Invitations related to beneficial IT skill-building events such as hackathons might be permitted after discussion with the organizer.
These guidelines aim to prevent misunderstandings and disputes. Your cooperation is appreciated.

English Small Talk + IT雑談会 の合同開催となります。

１つの場所をお借りして、英語で話したい方向けの雑談会とIT関連の雑談会をそれぞれ同時開催致します。

一度、入場いただいた後は、時間まで自由に入退場頂けます。

入場後、どちらに参加するのも自由、好きな時に移動してもらって大丈夫です。
◯支払いについて
◯開催条件について
- 災害やお借りしている場所のトラブル、主催者の体調不良などにより開催不可能と判断した場合、開催を中止する事があります。
◯内容について
- 講座やセミナーではありません。
- 各自がそれぞれ適度に会話を挟みながら、各々が勉強したいことを勉強して頂けるとような場所を目指して開催します。
- 今勉強してることに対して周りに意見を求めたりするのも構いません。しかし、否定するだけの会話にならないようにお気をつけください。
◯主催者について
IT業界のお仕事をフリーランスとしてやらせてもらってます！IT教育にも携わっております！
普段から海外からIT系学校に留学されて来た学生さん達との交流も沢山してますので、学校やITの勉強についての悩みや、ご質問等ありましたらお気軽に話しかけて下さい！英語は勉強中！
最近のIT興味関心はNext.js関連、スクラム関連、ローカルLLMです！

IT雑談会については、日本語での交流がメインとなります。

ITサイドの主催者は英語は勉強中で、得意ではない点、ご承知おき下さい。でも、頑張って話してみます！
しかし、主催者以外にEnglish Small Talkサイドは、私以外にも英語が得意な方1名は参加予定です。お気軽にご参加ください。

お借りしている場所の都合上、大きな音、振動、衝撃や光を出すもの、その他、店内の設備を傷つける恐れのあるものや機材の持ち込みやご利用はご遠慮下さい。
◯設備について

設備の損害が発生した場合は、修繕費などはご負担いただきますので、ご注意下さい。

Wifi設備も現在は無いため、必要であればご自身でモバイルルーター等をご持参ください。

電源コンセントはありますが、ノートPCなど一般的な機器への給電のみを目的としたご利用でお願い致します。

各自でご持参いただくのは問題ありません。

参加者同士でのトラブルに関しては責任を負いかねます。当人同士での解決をお願い致します。

他の参加者の方々が過剰に不快になる行為があった場合は、ご退場いただく場合がありますので、ご承知おき下さい。
◯その他イベントへの勧誘行為について
- その他イベントへの勧誘行為に関しては原則禁止とさせていただきます。
- 主催者にご相談の上、問題がないと判断させていただいた場合に限ります。
- ITに関しては、ハッカソンイベントなど、ITスキル向上に有益と考えられるものに関しては可とする事が多いですが、その場合も主催者に必ずご相談下さい。
- トラブルの原因となる事が多いための措置となります。ご承知おきください。
