What is offered?
- This is an opportunity to experience Osho Meditations and deepen your existing practice. Moreover, it's suitable for beginners and expert meditators.
- Each meditation will begin with complete instructions on how to do the meditation. Some of these will involve physical activity and some will be passive meditations.
- Osho Meditations are playful, non-serious and rejuvenating.
- Special orientation and guidance are provided to members new to Osho meditations.

### π Getting There β Itβs Easy!
LIRR to Bethpage Station (Meditation center is 10 mins away):
- π 28 mins from Jamica LIRR station i.e Sutphin Blvd-Archer Av- JFK Airport Station (E train stop).
- π 40 mins from Woodside Station (Queens)
- ποΈ 50 mins from Penn Station (Manhattan)
π² Use the TrainTime app (by MTA) for live schedules and to purchase tickets.
π» Free Pickup from Bethpage Station if you arrive by 10.07 pm train β and if you message us in advance to coordinate. From Farmingdale station it's about 25-minute beautiful walk. We do not pick from Farmingdale station.

### π° Practical Info
π Location: Osho Neo Yoga Meditation Center, 5 Kent Street, Farmingdale, NY
π Wear loose, comfortable clothing
π§ Bring a water bottle and yoga mat or shawl for beach sitting
π No prior experience needed β just come as you are!
π° No donation required. Donation is not required but if someone feels the need to donate for center growth, you may donate on a sliding scale in the donation box and mark your entry in the notebook. E.g. 5$ ,10$ ,20$ etc. But absolutely not required from our side. We are just trying to build a community of like-minded people who can share and help each other in their journey through their presence and consciousness.

Session 2: Deepening & Expressing
2:15 β 3:00 PM π§ Yoga Nidra/ Osho Audio Discourse β wisdom and laughter
3:00 β 4:15 PM π Stop Dance / No-Mind / Gibberish Meditation β expressive, powerful/ Or Osho Nadabrahma Meditation
4:15 β 4:30 PM π΅ Chai & Silence Break β 15 mins are in silence unless you need to speak urgently to facilitator for something.
Session 3: Celebration & Letting Go
