👕 Wear loose, comfortable clothing
💧 Bring a water bottle and yoga mat or shawl for beach sitting
🆕 No prior experience needed — just come as you are!
💰 No donation required. Donation is not required but if someone feels the need to donate for center growth, you may donate on a sliding scale in the donation box and mark your entry in the notebook. E.g. 0$ ,5$ ,10$ ,20$ etc. But absolutely not required from our side.
