Dear GTD'ers,
We are happy to announce our first virtual GTD Meetup where we combine the GTD forces from Nordic+ and UK. This time the topic of the Meetup is GTD and neurodiversity.
The virtual Meetup on Zoom will be Thursday the 14th of November and will start at 17.00 (IS) / 18.00 (UK) / 19.00 (DK/NO/SE) / 20.00 (FI/EST).
The purpose of this Meetup is to create awareness about neurodiversity. The Meetup is aimed for all GTD'ers that are curious about how the brain works. We welcome people that have been diagnosed as neurodivergent or suspect that they could be neurodivergent. We also welcome people that are interested in how your GTD system can be customized to better support the way your brain works.
The agenda for the Meetup is going to be:
1. Welcome
2. News from Vital Learning in Nordic+
3. Greetings from the GTD coaches and trainers present at the Zoom Meetup
4. Jens Hynne Petersen from the Danish GTD community will give a short introduction to neurodiversity.
5. Robert Peake from Next Action Associates in UK will talk about GTD and ADHD.
6. Jens Hynne Petersen will talk about tools to help a neurodivergent GTD’er.
7. We have group discussions about GTD and neurodiversity in smaller Zoom breakout rooms
8. The evening ends with a short session, where highlights from the group discussions are shared and any next actions decided.
To better accommodate for neurodivergent participants, we will have several smaller breaks during the Meetup and you are welcome to join without sharing your video if you prefer that.
If you have any GTD questions, you can use the chat box during the Zoom meeting or send them to lars@vitallearning.dk before the Meetup. If you prefer, you can also ask the questions during the sessions. As usual, if you have any questions about the Meetup, please don't hesitate
to ask any of the local GTD organisers.
On behalf of GTD in Nordic+, UK, and our GTD Community
Lars Rothschild Henriksen, Robert Peake and Jens Hynne Petersen
