What to Expect:

Naturally our hiking group will hike many of the popular trails in Nassau and Western Suffolk. However I will put an emphasis on finding lesser known paths and trails that are hidden or less traveled. Don't worry, we rarely go into the brush, but we definitely try to avoid the beaten path whenever possible. Most trails will be 5 to 6 miles.

Who can and should join:

All ages are welcome. Hiking shoes with good treads are highly recommended. Although most trails are not too challenging, some trails can be hilly and somewhat steep so being physically fit will be to your advantage. For Spring, Summer and Fall hikes I recommend you bring water(especially when it's warm), a snack and douse any exposed skin with bug spray.
