What we’re about

Goal of this weekly fitness walking is to help each other workout. We started with 5 KM and will add couple hills and KM as we get more fit over the next weeks. We will also improve performance as we add those hills and KM.

Things you should know:

  • 
the workout will continue in winter however we won’t workout in lower than -20.

  • parking is available in front of Shenkhman or in the plaza

  • once a month we will meet-up for coffee.
    Tips: I did a bit of research online on fitness walking and three items came up often:
    hydration: they emphasize on the importance to hydrate the night before and the day of the workout.

    pace: they recommend to start slow and find a pace that you can maintain
stretching: they recommend we stretch before and after the workout
