Weekly fitness walk/Marche hebdomadaire

Goal of this weekly fitness walking is to help each other workout.
Things you should know about these activities:
the workout will continue in winter however we won’t workout in lower than -20.
• wear all season and waterproof sneakers (or short winter boots) and winter socks so you can walk comfortably during winter
• once a month we will meet up for coffee or for an indoor activity
• meet-up is in front of the main entrance of Shenkhman
• parking is available in front of Shenkhman or in the plaza
Tips: I did a bit of research online on fitness walking and three items came up often:
- hydration: they emphasize on the importance to hydrate the night before and the day of the workout.
- pace: they recommend to start slow and find a pace that you can maintain
- stretching: they recommend we stretch before and after the workout
