Ottawa SUP Social - Stand Up Paddle Meetup

Let's get the SUP group social paddles going, we are into the mid-summer heat.

This one features free parking, starting at the Jock River Landing, and a paddle along the Rideau River. In the heart of Barrhaven (literally across from Heart's desire if you look on the map) but a world away once on the water.

This summer, we'll be moving around between Gatineau Lakes, Ottawa River, and the Rideau River -- this time it's Rideau River's turn. Stay tuned for some mid-week paddles also.

NOTE TIME CHANGE TO 1 PM to accomodate World Cup final (might find way to pub post paddle to watch)

I will cancel if weather is too rainy, or thunderstorms -- otherwise we will paddle. Please bring your own gear including life jacket.

Usual liability applies; you accept all risks of being on the water, there is no rescue and the event leaders are not responsible for your safety or rescue. We will stay together as a group.

PARKING: Take Prince of Wales to Lodge Road then turn right to the parking area.
