Yoga at the Jack Purcell Park

All you need to bring is a yoga mat or towel, if you would like to use one. We will start off the session with an informal meet and greet while I get setup and everyone gets settled in, followed by a standard yoga session that will last about 50 minutes.
Sometimes we have impromptu hangouts at the park afterwards. Feel free to bring lawn games like bocce ball, or something like a soccer ball or a frisbee to share with others and/or board games - I will endorse such activities (and probably join in on the fun too)! I occasionally bring a frisbee to throw around after yoga.
If you would like to lead the yoga, please let me know. I appreciate it when other members help me out with leading the yoga sessions.
