Yoga at Major's Hill Park, then Hangout in the Park

All you need to bring is a yoga mat or towel, if you would like to use one. We will start off the session with an informal meet and greet while I get setup and everyone gets settled in, followed by a standard yoga session that will last about 50 minutes.
I'll be bringing a frisbee if anyone wants to join me after yoga in the park. Feel free to bring other activities people can enjoy (bocce ball, board game, etc.).
If you would like to lead the yoga, please let me know. I appreciate it when other members help me out with leading the yoga sessions.
