Enjoy making time for your self!

Meet over Zoom or in-person for either classes
and workshops led by Josie: a certified life coach, iRest meditation & mindfulness facilitator, and yoga teacher (RYT 500 & 200 RCYT).

Workshops are designed to raise awareness about common wellness and stress reduction tips and strategies and/or be led through exercises and practices with wellness in mind.

Try classes with meditation exercises, or listen to calming music during guided imagery, or enjoy a range of themed mindfulness exercises, or perhaps yoga nidra or sound baths before sleep.

Alternatively, sign up for a class to steep in calming and restorative movements and stretches that are soothing to your nervous system or try a class with more energizing movements and breath work that also promote wellness.
