Real Food, beyond organic gardening skills, homesteading skills, good physical and emotional health, for ourselves, for our community, lowering our effective carbon footprints, starting with ourselves and our families. There are bound to be many topics, but it all stems from the food we eat and the community we build at the Otterkill Community Garden by the Trestle on Otterkill Road in Cornwall NY.
