OPEN Potluck

Join us for a summer potluck in the park!

Please feel welcome to join us for our second OPEN Summer Sojourn, as we come together for some in-person community, conversation and connection. This time, with food!

• DATE: Tuesday, August 19, 2025
• TIME: 5:30pm to 8:30pm
• LOCATION: Strathcona Park (25 Range Road, by the river just off Laurier Avenue East)

Info:

• A Potluck! Feel welcome to bring a dish or purchased snack to share. You will be asked to indicate ingredients and allergens. (Or if you can't manage this for any reason, just come! There will be plenty of food.)
• Parking available on the south end parking lot and on the adjacent streets, and the park is accessible by bus (16 or 19); washroom (portable) available on premises.
• We will be meeting in the north end of the park closer to the playground and washrooms.
• In case of rain, we will send alternative plans to registered attendees closer to the date, as needed.
• BYO whatever you need to feel comfortable and nourished, including your potluck item and a blanket or chair to sit on.
• And in case we have to say it: Please don't come on anything illegal or with anything illegal, etc. See below for more about our community guidelines.

The event is free, and donations are welcome!
