What we’re about
This group is for Buddhists with at least two years of practice and familiarity with foundational Buddhist texts.
We are a non-denominational group of practitioners who come together to support each other in living the teachings.
Our core intention is to discover the emerging teachings of our own everyday lives. We leave traditions, teachers and teachings at the door. We're charting our own path, moment by moment, together.
We seek OUR Buddhism. The path you have discovered for yourself. The path that is being revealed to us right now, in our jobs, relationships and modern concerns.
We know how our ancestors woke up. How do WE wake up?
We speak our truth, respectfully. We don't have sacred cows. We listen to the Buddha speaking through us. We try not to judge the imperfect vessel. We aspire to compassion, but are only human. We aspire to heal whatever hurt we cause.
We have one aim that unites us: to live a compassionate life towards all beings.
How do we do that? How do you do that?
Let's discover it. Together.
