If you’ve been thinking about buying a home but aren’t sure where to start, this event is for you. We’re hosting a relaxed, in-person workshop in Huntington Beach with a holiday theme, designed to walk you through the homebuying process from start to finish, with real answers, no pressure, and yes, light refreshments and light bites to get you in the holiday spirit. Whether you’re close to ready or just starting to explore your options, you’ll leave with a clearer picture of what it takes to buy in Southern California before the end of the year or to hit the ground running in 2027.
This is an in-person event only, with no livestream or recording. Space is limited, and since this event is being cross-posted on Meetup and Eventbrite, we expect it to fill up fast. RSVP early to save your seat.
The Itinerary

• 6:30 PM to 6:45 PM PT: Arrive early, grab some refreshments, and get settled. A great chance to meet others on the same path.
• 6:45 PM to 7:45 PM PT: The workshop begins. We’ll cover the market, the money, and the process step by step.
• 7:45 PM to 8:00 PM PT: Open Q&A. Bring your questions, and we’ll get through as many as we can before we wrap.
