Our Safe Space is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that empowers feminine energy in any form, fostering growth and resilience by providing a positive space where everyone can thrive through self-discovery and community.
This nonprofit and is founded and led by Gayla Gongwer, a seasoned educator, trainer, and facilitator, who brings decades of experience and energy to her work. Driven by her commitment to creating positive change and fostering inclusivity, Gayla invites you to join her in making a difference through "Our Safe Space" and beyond.

Tuesday ONLINE Healing Circle with Healer-Intuitive Mark Earlix
·OnlineOnlineBecause we know that you will LOVE it - we are sharing this spectacular event put on WEEKLY by Mark Earlix.
The work is spiritual, not religious, and is open to all!
One at a time, everyone will share briefly about the kind of healing they are seeking (e.g., chronic or acute pain, disease, skeletal/neurological issues, degenerative conditions, and certain spiritual or emotional dilemmas).
Results may be immediate or unfold over time.
Follow-up sessions are available with Mark if a more extensive private healing experience is desired.* Don't be misled by the low number of RSVP's on the MeetUp event. This event is shared in multiple places and many do not RSVP here.

Female Storytellers Monthly Show - $10 Donation at the door goes to charity
The Rock, 136 N Park Ave, Tucson, AZ, USJOIN us at F*ST! on the 1st Tuesday of every month for a truly amazing evening of stories you'll never forget.
If you're new to F*ST, the event will include 5 or 6 brave women who will get on stage and tell their stories - from their hearts. It's like nothing you've ever seen or heard before.
WARNING: You'll want to come back EVERY month!
First Tuesday of every month
7:00PM (doors at 6:30)
Show is 21+
Tickets $10 donation at the door (cash & card)
We'll try to get seats in the 2nd or 3rd row.The Rock

Proceeds will be donated to a local charity.Just So You'll Know:
- The venue is a bar, and alcohol will be present. Must be 21.
- You can bring your own non-alcoholic beverage.
- The venue can be climate-control challenged. Do NOT let that keep you from coming. Be prepared and dress in layers.
- $10 is paid at the door (Cash, check, or card.) Proceeds go to charity.
- Parking is free and easy on the street or in the parking lot just south of The Rock on Park.
I promise you that you'll be amazed at the strength and audacity of these women on stage, telling their heartfelt and personal stories. Role models all!
About Female StoryTellers -
Female StoryTellers was founded in 2012 as a way for women to share their stories and voices, creating a platform for women of Tucson to express themselves. They work to promote feminism and equality in our community by empowering women. They encourage women and people of all historically marginalized genders to participate.Each month, women are invited to share their stories in the form of a 10-15 minute monologue. Their theme changes every month, but their mission remains the same- give women a space to speak and share.

Looking for a meaningful way to spend your Friday? Join us for a special Shared Friday as we partner with Paradise Parrot Rescue to support their incredible work caring for rescued birds.
This is your chance to step into a vibrant, feather-filled world while making a real difference.
🦜 What We’ll Do
We’ll spend time helping out at the rescue in whatever way is most needed that day. Tasks may include:- Cleaning and tidying enclosures
- Prepping food and fresh water
- Light organizing or support tasks
(And of course, interacting with and admiring some very charismatic parrots!)
No experience needed—just a willingness to pitch in and be part of the team.
