Join us twice a month for a 10-week journey inspired by Glennon Doyle’s *We Can Do Hard Things* book and podcast.

Each session stands alone — come to one or come to all.

We’ll dive into themes like courage, boundaries, self-trust, and showing up for yourself. You do **not** need to read the whole book (or any of it!) to join.

**This is our 9th - we’ll focus on Chapters 17 and 18.**
• Chapter 17 tackles the topic of forgiveness. The authors begin by acknowledging the widespread confusion around what forgiveness actually means and how to practice it, moving to offer concrete, actionable insights.
• Chapter 18 explores the phenomenon of feeling “stuck” in repetitive, misaligned behaviors and offers practical approaches for breaking free from these patterns.
