In this interactive workshop, we'll explore a variety of journaling styles - including memory journals, goal journals, future-self journals, and more!

Through short exercises and discussion, you'll have a chance to try lots of approaches and discover what feels natural, useful, and enjoyable for YOU!

Whether you're a lifelong diary writer or someone who abandoned more notebooks than you've filled, you'll leave with fresh ideas, practical tools, and a beautiful Our Safe Space journal to help you get started.

No writing experience required. Just bring your curiosity—and maybe a favorite pen.
