It's that time of year again where our littles get to follow in our foot steps & join in with their very own stroller workout play date! Pack up a baby doll stroller, shopping cart, lawn mower... any push toy! Add a "baby" (doll, stuffy, etc.) if your child would like. One of our very own instructors will host a special kid friendly work out. Stay after to cool off with a refreshing lemonade!🍋
Please RSVP with the number of kiddos you are bringing as "guests" so we have enough for everyone.
If you want to check out Stroller Strides, it starts at 9:30 and is free for first-time attendees. Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio, and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities, and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self-care in a supportive and encouraging environment. You will need a stroller, water, yoga mat (if you have one) and entertainment for your kiddos (ex: snacks, books, toys, etc). All children are required to remain in the stroller (and/or in a carrier) for the duration of the class.
